Mira Showers has had its reputation for superb customer service bolstered recently with its in-house team winning Call Centre of the Year (Small) at the annual South West Contact Centre Awards.
Organized by the South West Contact Centre Forum, these eighth annual awards celebrated individuals and companies for their contribution to the region’s contact centre industry over the last twelve months. Across the south west, the sector which employs more than 50,000 people in over 250 contact centres.
Mira’s customer services department – the Kohler Mira Contact Centre – handles all contact with Mira and Rada brand customers. From taking pre-sales advice enquiries, diagnosing shower faults through to arranging service visits, advising contractors on technical matters or arranging despatch of spares; the team manages all calls, emails and social media.
Mira Marketing and Customer Services Director Craig Baker said of the award, “Mira has a fantastic reputation for the quality of its customer service – whether dealing with the installer, contractor or homeowner – and this award is a great reflection on the commitment and professionalism of our team to maintain that”.
