ITW Construction Products announce the appointment of Mick Kelly as Business Development Manager. With a wealth of industry experience behind him, Mick is tasked with mediating between their customer base and ITW’s global software team on “Project Symphony” – the code name for ITW’s all new roof truss and SpaceJoist open web joist software currently in development.
In 2008, Mick joined ITW from hsbCAD where he held the position of Group Business Manager and has since operated as Business Development Manager (Alpine & hsbCAD) and European Software Development Manager. With a keen key for detail and the innate ability to translate customer insights into a vision for product development, Mick will continue to draw on his expertise to ensure ITW’s new European roof and floor software solution will meet client expectations.
On his new role, Mick commented – “This is an important and exciting time for both ITW CP and our clients. As we continue to move forward with the development of both new and existing software solutions, I’m looking forward to my pivotal new role in ensuring full client representation and participation in the development process.”
Mick will report to Daryn Scally, Commercial Manager UK & Ireland, who commented – “With the recent strategic decision to move towards a new European software platform, Mick is perfectly positioned to use his expertise and knowledge to drive the “Symphony” user experience ensuring that our client base will reap the benefits from our new initiative.”
This appointment reinforces ITW CP’s commitment to their roof and floor division – building on the strong foundations of the Gang-Nail and Alpine brands. To find out more about ITW CP’s systems, contact Paul Baron, Commercial Manager Gang-Nail & Alpine on 07770 852005.
