Flexseal has become the first UK coupling supplier to offer online tracking of the delivery of its orders. The new system is part of a number of key service improvements it has made for its customers during 2015.
The supplier has introduced automatic order acknowledgement and despatch confirmation, so that customers are reassured that their order is in hand. Both confirmations are sent via email.
Once despatch is confirmed, deliveries can be tracked online by the customer for the majority of Flexseal’s orders – a first for a UK coupling manufacturer. The company also offers guaranteed, timed deliveries where the customer requests this service. As previously, despatch can be arranged either to branch or direct to site, as required.
“Offering tracked deliveries gives an extra level of reassurance to our customers,” commented Flexseal Managing Director Lee Pashley. “We’re increasingly used to this service in our personal lives. There’s no reason we can’t match that level of service within our industry.

We’ve recently conducted a survey to truly understand our customer’s requirements and we’re looking to roll this out even further over the next year,” continued Pashley.
