Heritage Bathrooms received a resounding positive reaction and on-the-spot orders for new products as it unveiled its new ‘Distinctively Individual’ brand identity to VIP retailers at its annual conference last week.
Over 40 retailers attended the event held at The Belfry Hotel in Staffordshire which saw the Heritage team launch the company’s striking new brand identity - ‘Distinctively Individual’ - which uses colourful design-led imagery and a call for consumers to express their personality in the bathroom.
Retailers were also given the first glimpse of the company’s new product launches including a stunning new collection of metallic effect acrylic freestanding baths, new Somersby brassware, new statement mirrors and a new suite, Wynwood.
Gareth Griffiths, General Manager of Heritage Bathrooms, said of the conference: “2015 is an exciting year for us; we are celebrating 30 years, unveiling Distinctively Individual and introducing a host of new products that will cement our new brand proposition.
“Retailers are at the heart of our brand, and their wholly positive response to our new direction is testament to the strategy behind the launch, the communication from the marketing and sales team and to the presenters on the day who not only made the event run smoothly but have ensured that our retailers believe and invest in the future of Heritage Bathrooms.”
Other activity across the two day event, included an outline of the Heritage strategy which detailed the brand’s product development plans for 2016, as well as presentations on the newly introduced Purple Standard customer service commitment, and a brilliant Merchandising Masterclass from showroom manager, Charlie Williams.
Following the conference, delegates were later treated to dinner and evening entertainment, plus everyone got a slice of the company’s giant 30th birthday celebratory cake. Awards were also announced for Best Showroom which went to Bathroom World in Catterick, Best Newcomer, which went to Sanctuary Bathrooms in Leeds, and Retailer of the Year which was awarded to UK Bathroom Village.
